All products sold by Design Evolution Shop are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to editable templates and downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing from Design Evolution Shop, you acknowledge and agree that:

Digital products cannot be returned.

Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not provided once an order has been delivered or access has been granted.

It is the customer's responsibility to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

The customer was charged multiple times for the same order.

The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue.

The customer accidentally purchased the same item more than once.

Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing spelling, grammar, and wording before printing or sharing.

Ensuring their device and internet connection support Corjl or downloadable files.

Following any editing instructions provided with the template.

Design Evolution Shop is not responsible for printing errors, user editing mistakes, or color variations between screens and printed products.
